Indian Land high School
Senior Photographer
Serving Indian Land High School & Lancaster County, SC

HI, my name is Erika Holifield

If you're searching for a senior photographer near Indian Land, SC — you just found her.
I'm Erika Holifield, and I'm a portrait photographer based in Fort Mill, SC, just minutes from Indian Land. I've been photographing high school seniors and families throughout Lancaster County and York County since 2016, and I absolutely love working with Indian Land's growing community of seniors every year. From Indian Land High School Warriors to families throughout Lancaster County, this community has become like home to me.
Indian Land has transformed into one of the most vibrant, fastest-growing areas in the entire Charlotte metro. The families here are ambitious, the students are incredible, and the surrounding landscape — from the open fields and woodlands between Fort Mill and Indian Land to the Charlotte-area locations just up the road — gives us some truly stunning options for senior sessions.

What to expect:
Here’s what’s waiting for you

Every senior session I do is built entirely around your senior. Before I ever pick up a camera, we connect and talk through what matters to them — their personality, their hobbies, their sense of style, what they want to remember about this season of life.
From there, I help plan everything:
Location — I'll choose locations that feel right for your senior. Some Indian Land families love the natural, wooded feel of spots between Fort Mill and Indian Land. Others want the energy of a Charlotte urban location. Most seniors do a mix. I know this area inside and out, and I'll point you toward the perfect spots.
Outfits — I guide every single client through outfit planning before their session. You'll never show up wondering if what you packed was the right choice. Typically we plan 2–3 looks that range from casual to dressy — enough variety to give you real options when your gallery comes back.
The session itself— I keep things relaxed, fun, and moving. You will never be standing there stiff and uncomfortable wondering what to do with your hands. I direct every pose and every moment, but I also leave space for real laughter and genuine personality to come through. That's what makes the images feel like you instead of every other senior portrait you've ever seen.
After the session— Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within a couple of weeks through a private online gallery. You'll have beautiful, print-ready images ready to share with family, submit to your school yearbook, and display at home.

Why Indian Land seniors Choose EHP:
Here's what makes working with me different:

I am actually local. My studio is in Fort Mill — I live and work in this community. I know the roads, the locations, the schools, and the families here. When you work with me, you're not hiring someone who's commuting in from Charlotte to check a box. You're working with a photographer who genuinely cares about this area and the people in it.
I am a member and Head of Community for the National Association of Portrait and Child Photographers (NAPCP)— one of the most respected professional photography organizations in the country. That means my work is held to a professional standard that goes beyond "good photos." It means I approach every session with intention, preparation, and a genuine commitment to excellence.
And most importantly — my clients love their photos. Every session is personalized, every gallery is carefully edited, and every family walks away with images that truly reflect who their student is right now.

Locations:
Some of my favorite session spots for Indian Land seniors and families include:

- Anne Springs Close Greenway (Fort Mill) — stunning nature preserve with lakes, open fields, and wooded trails; golden-hour sessions here are breathtaking
- Downtown Fort Mill/ Downtown Rock Hill — historic district with gorgeous brick architecture, perfect for editorial or classic looks
- Between Fort Mill and Indian Land — natural landscapes, open fields, and wooded backdrops.
- Charlotte locations — NoDa, Plaza Midwood, uptown Charlotte for seniors who want an urban feel
- Custom locations— a meaningful place to your family, your student's school, a park they love
