Spring Break, (Stay-cation) 2018... in a nut shell.

This year Spring Break was a little different than those in the past.  Usually we would try to get away for a couple nights and visit a beach, but this year I think we were all looking forward to having a stay-cation and sleeping in every day.

Because we stayed in I feel like I was pretty productive.   For Lent I did a 40 bag challenge, which got me decluttering and going through our home to getting rid of things we no longer use.  I didn't do as well as I would have liked, so I continued it into Spring Break by cleaning and going through more areas of the house.

As I went through my clothes this is how I would typically find AJ... Playing on my phone.

For me, my favorite part of spring break was being able to make fun and yummy breakfasts.  During a normal week nobody ever wants to eat breakfast (my FAVORITE meal), so I was happy that we were able to all sit down and enjoy breakfast together over Spring Break..

As for the rest of the time, the kids and the dogs did a whole lot of this:
