. Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due BEFORE the day of the session. All payments can be made online via a secured payment platform.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please let me know as soon as possible. I understand that schedules can change, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the full fee will be charged.

3. Session and Time: The session will start at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time, dressed and ready for the shoot. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If the session goes over the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances and no fault of your own, there will be no additional charge.

4. Artistic License: I retain the artistic license to interpret and create images for your session. This means that I have the right to use my judgment in regards to the best lighting, poses, and backgrounds for your photos based on my professional experience and skills.

5. Image Selection and Retouching: The images from your session will be made available to you in an online gallery within two weeks of the shoot. You will be given a specific number of edited images based on the package you selected. All images will be lightly retouched to improve color, exposure, and contrast. If you require additional retouching or image editing, additional fees may apply.

6. Usage and Copyright: All images created by me remain the copyright of the photographer. Images may be used for portfolio, website, advertisements, or photography contests unless otherwise specified. You may print the images for personal use only. If you are an agency, corporation, or publication and would like to use the images for commercial purposes, you must contact me to arrange for a separate commercial use license.

7. Liability: As a professional photographer, I will take reasonable care and attention during your session. However, I cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur during the shoot. By booking your session, you agree to be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that you may incur during the session.
